Website Terms of Use

In plain English, abuse of web services, other guests to the site, or administrator(s) of the site is not allowed. Accounts involved in abuse and/or misuse of the website will be disabled at the discretion of the website administrator(s) or moderator(s).

Apothecary

Return Policy:

We will accept unopened returns within 20 days of purchase date. Any products that have been opened will not be accepted for returns or refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping to return any unopened products. All returns for refunds must be approved before being sent back to Earth Lady's Apothecary. Wholesale/bulk orders are non-refundable. If you are not satisfited with your order, please contact us. 

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days. All products are made to order. If the order will take longer to ship, we will notify the customer. Once shipped we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but contact us if there is any issues and we will see if we can help. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping service and shipping times are only an estimate.

1. What information do we collect?

 

We collect personal information you provide to us voluntarily during the purchase process or if you express interest in email marketing updates. This information may include your email address, mailing addresses, billing addresses, and credit/debit card numbers and other similar information. We may also collect the security code for your credit/debit card in order to process the transaction using Stripe. You may find their privacy notice here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We will keep your personal information only for the business objectives specified in this privacy policy. There is no requirement for us to retain personal information longer than 2 years except in some tax or legal requirements where information is required to be retained for a longer duration.

 

Information that cannot be deleted shall be securely stored.

We are hosted on Squarespace and we count on their high security standards to protect the security of your personal information. No transmission or storage medium is guaranteed to be 100% secure, so transmission of personal information to and from our website is at your own risk.

 

7. What are your privacy rights?

8. Controls for do-not-track features

 

Do-Not-Track features & functionality are common in web browsers at time of writing/revision. There is no standard, however, for how this functionality goes about blocking tracking or requesting to not be tracked. Until further notice, we may not respond to a Do-Not-Track feature in your web browser.

 

9. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

 

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request and obtain information about the personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the purposes of marketing. Response to requests shall also receive names and addresses of all third parties we shared personal information in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident who would like to make a request, please contact us using our information included in this notice.

You may have the right to request access to your personal information we collect from you based on the applicable laws of your country. In addition, you may have the right to delete it. Please contact earthladysapothecary@gmail.com to make such a request. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No products offered are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All content is for educational purposes only. All products should be tested on a small patch of skin before use. If you are allergic to any ingredients do not use. If you develop an allergic reaction discontinue use. All products are for external use only, do not ingest. Color of products may vary from photos. We use wildcrafted, non-organic, organic and certified organic ingredients in our products, but our products are not certified organic. Products are made in a kitchen that has used nuts, dairy and gluten, but the areas are cleaned and seperate tools are used for apothecary skincare products. Products are not tested on animals, I test out all my products myself! We are not responsible for any misuse of or reactions to our products.

We recognize and respect the personal privacy of our website users and strive to provide a safe, secure user experience.

We may ask for and collect from you personally identifiable information at various points throughout the site. Depending on the information and/or services you request you may be asked to provide your name, email address, address, phone number, payment details, and similar information. 

If you purchase courses or products from the online store on our website, your order is processed by a third party and your payment information is collected and processed by that third party. In connection with such purchases, we will record certain information, such as the type of products ordered or purchased, and the date of the transaction.

The personally identifiable information you provide will be processed by us in accordance with United States privacy regulation.  We encourage use of secure internet connections while using our web site.  Providing information through a public insecure internet connection may result in capture of that information outside of the control of Earth Lady and Baby.

When you register with our site, you will be required to provide an e-mail address that we can use to contact you with. We retain the personal information that you provide as part of our registration process. Earth Lady and Baby recognizes that your privacy is important to you.
